• Shanghai Xinyitong Consulting Corporation was established.
  
• Shanghai Jingan District East-West Language Training School was established as a subsidiary of Talking China.
  
• Both companies begin operating under the Xinyitong brand.

• Basic clientele network is established, as Xinyitong expands to 10 full-time staff.

• Xinyitong expands to 15 full-time staff and becomes Chinas top translation agency by annual takings.

• Jointly organized the World Management Forum hosted by the China Enterprise Confederation and attended by 700 delegates.
• Xinyitong is named one of the Top Ten Brands in the Chinese Translation Industry in 2005, and expands to 25 full-time staff.

• Xinyitong Limited Company established in Hong Kong to manage Hong Kong and international operations.
